We at The Bakeyard our dedicated in providing best quality products for our patrons. We hope that this is reflected in the for of your satisfaction.   

If for any reason you are not happy with the product or may have received an incorrect order please get in touch with us immediately via call / whatsapp on +91 9099942830 or email us at onarollonline@gmail.com so we can review it and have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
All of our orders are packed with utmost care - in case of any incorrect orders or any damaged order we will do our best to replace this order, or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit (subject to order review).

DISCLAIMER:
All of our sweets are made at The Bakeyard, Vadodara and are packed and dispatched from there. We try our best to prepare for all delivery conditions, but not all are in our control, but rest assured everything will taste great! 

Out of stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. The Bakeyard does not back order, that is we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfill immediately. Items which are currently unavailable are clearly displayed as “Out of Stock”.

 

  1. a) Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Purchases are shipped from our kitchen in Vadodara depending upon location by courier. From the date of placing the order, please allow the following number of days for receipt of your order

Delivery in Vadodara: 2-5 business days

Outstation Delivery: 3-8 business days for Rest of India.

Please note that CASH ON DELIVERY Option is available only in Vadodara.

Order deliveries will be made between 10am – 7pm Monday – Saturday.

The above mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third party logistics.The Bakeyard is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. The Bakeyard takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

The Bakeyard  is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery at onarollonline@gmail.com with a picture attached.

 

  1. b) Returns

It is The Bakeyard’s intention to satisfy our customers. However, we will gladly issue a full refund only for items that have been incorrectly dispatched from our end or if the customer has received a spoiled product. (not spoiled/damaged packaging)

This has to be intimated to us by contacting us on phone or by email. When the same has been agreed to from our end as well, we would send you an email confirming that the product could be returned and the mode for it. Please note that The Bakeyard is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hrs of delivery. Any full priced merchandise must be returned within 24 hrs of the date of delivery, to avail of an exchange or refund from our end. We do not offer any cash refunds and the amount would be credited to your bank account within 2 weeks after confirmation of refund from our end.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. In no other case would a product be accepted for exchange or refund. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any discounted or used products. All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/ exchange authorization number and in saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded.

 

 

  1. c) Cancellation

If after placing the order, you would want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the product has not been manufactured. In case the product has been manufactured, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. The product is usually manufactured within 24 hours after placing the order.
